Shipping

We ship Australia-wide from local warehouses. Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, with delivery typically taking 3-10 business days depending on your location, metro areas are usually quicker (around 2-5 business days), while regional areas, WA, NT and TAS can take a little longer. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Returns

We want you to love your crystals. If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us first so we can help.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Return postage for change-of-mind is the customer's responsibility; we cover it for faulty or incorrect items.
