<p>We source beautiful natural crystals from around the world and send them to your door, tracked.</p>
<h4>Delivery times</h4>
<p>Because our crystals are sourced internationally, please allow approximately <strong>2–3 weeks</strong> for delivery. <strong>Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed</strong>, and can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods or due to customs and courier handling.</p>
<h4>Tracking</h4>
<p>Every order is sent with tracking, and you'll receive your tracking details by email as soon as it's on its way. Please note that international tracking can update less frequently while a parcel is in transit.</p>
<h4>Once your order ships</h4>
<p>We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other events outside our control once an order has been dispatched.</p>
<h4>Correct address</h4>
<p>Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders returned to sender or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-postage fee.</p>
