<h3>Returns & Refunds</h3>
<p>Please choose carefully — we're always happy to help before you buy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.</p>
<h4>Change of mind</h4>
<p>Because every crystal is a natural product chosen by hand, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you change your mind, you may request an <strong>exchange or store credit</strong> within <strong>14 days</strong> of delivery, provided the item is <strong>unused, undamaged and in its original packaging</strong>. Return postage is at the customer's expense, and we recommend a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit. Store credit is issued once the item is received and inspected.</p>
<h4>What can't be returned for change of mind</h4>
<p>Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and any item that has been used, cleansed, charged or removed from its original packaging.</p>
<h4>Damaged in transit</h4>
<p>If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within <strong>48 hours</strong> of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund for that item at no cost to you.</p>
<h4>Faulty or not as described</h4>
<p>If an item is faulty or significantly not as described, contact us with details and a photo and we'll resolve it in line with the Australian Consumer Law.</p>
<h4>Natural variation is not a fault</h4>
<p>Crystals are natural — colour, shape, size, markings and inclusions vary from piece to piece, and product photos are illustrative only. These natural variations, and slight differences from how colours appear on your screen, are part of their charm and are not considered faults.</p>

<p>Our crystals are sold as natural decorative and collectible items, and for the enjoyment and personal meaning many people find in them. Any information about traditional or metaphysical properties is provided for general interest only. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or financial advice.</p>
<h4>How to start a return</h4>
<p>Email <strong>hello@crystalwebsite.com</strong> with your order number first — returns sent without contacting us cannot be accepted. Approved refunds (where they apply) are issued to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected.</p>
